Our Commitment

Every Zenvora order is prepared with care. If something is not right, we will make it right — simply and without unnecessary process.


1. Returns — Compositions (Unopened)

Unopened compositions in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@zenvoraone.com with your order number.

We will provide return instructions within 1 to 2 business day. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Returns — Compositions (Opened)

Because our compositions are personal by nature and cannot be resold once opened, opened oils are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.

3. Returns — Zenvora One Hardware (Unused)

The Zenvora One diffuser may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:

Unused and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging with all included accessories

No restocking fee applies. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Used hardware is not eligible for return unless covered under the 2-Year Hardware Guarantee described below.

4. 2-Year Hardware Guarantee

The Zenvora One is backed by a 2-year hardware guarantee covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

If your device experiences a defect within this period, contact us at support@zenvoraone.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will replace the unit at no cost to you — no questions asked, no complicated process.

This guarantee does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, drops, or physical accidents
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon arrival. If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@zenvoraone.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. These cases are handled at no cost to you and qualify for replacement or full refund.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time of 3 to 10 business days may apply.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

8. Founding Member Orders

All policies above apply equally to Founding Member orders. Founding Member pricing is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

9. Authorized Purchases Only

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from Zenvora at zenvora.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers must follow those sellers' return policies.

10. How to Initiate a Return

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return

We will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

11. Disclaimers

Eight Group Holdings, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. We may update this policy at any time;the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your return.
