Our Commitment
Every Zenvora order is prepared with care. If something is not right, we will make it right, simply and without unnecessary process.
I. Shipping Policy / Order Processing
All orders are shipped from
Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, and processed within 1 to 2 business days from purchase confirmation. Standard delivery arrives within 3 to 8 business days depending on destination.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, a second email with your tracking number will be sent so you can follow your package throughout transit.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions beyond our control.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $59.95. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel for a full refund or agree to a revised delivery date.
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer.
International shipping availability will be announced as Zenvora expands. At this time, we ship within the United States.
Compositions (unopened) - Unopened compositions in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No fees, no restocking charges.
Compositions (opened) - Because our compositions are personal by nature, opened oils are not eligible for return. If you received a damaged or defective composition, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Zenvora One Hardware - The Zenvora One may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund. No restocking fee.
Used hardware is not eligible for return unless covered under the 2-year hardware guarantee (see below).
III. 2-Year Hardware Guarantee
The Zenvora One is backed by a 2-year hardware guarantee covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
If your device experiences a defect within this period, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will replace it — no questions asked, no complicated process.
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or physical accidents.
IV. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon arrival. If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@zenvoraone.com with your order number and photos. These cases are handled at no cost to you and qualify for replacement or full refund.
All policies above apply equally to Founding Members. Founding Member pricing is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
VI. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@zenvoraone.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business day with next steps.
Zenvora reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. We may update this policy;the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs.
VIII. Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you promptly by email and offer the option to:
- Cancel your order for a full refund (including any shipping fees paid), or
- Agree to a revised shipment date
IX. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@zenvoraone.com.
X. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
XI. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management for any packages left nearby
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@zenvoraone.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will work with you to resolve the situation.
XII. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at support@zenvoraone.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
